These proposed terms describe Muntside as it currently operates. They are a draft, not legally approved conditions or a new mandatory acceptance step.

Operator and service
Muntside is a free mountain-activity information service operated by Gerson Paulo as an individual in Sion, Switzerland. Contact: muntside@gmail.com. A full postal address has not yet been provided.
The service covers hiking, via ferratas, climbing, ski and snowboard, downhill cycling and paragliding, as well as maps, planning, accommodation information, weather, safety articles and events. Some features need an account; availability and scope can change.
Minimum age and accounts
The intended minimum age to create an account is 16. The requirements for minors and how to verify age have not yet been implemented or legally reviewed; this draft is not a claim that the application enforces an age gate. Keep your sign-in details secure and contact Muntside if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not access someone else’s account, evade access controls, interfere with the service, scrape it abusively or use it unlawfully.
Contributions and conduct
Only share routes, photographs, reviews, ratings and reports that you are entitled to submit and that do not unlawfully expose another person. Give accurate information to the best of your knowledge; do not post spam, abuse, misleading safety claims or content that infringes others’ rights. Reports should identify a genuine concern. A contribution may be held for review, corrected or removed where necessary. A route or photo can disclose personal locations and must be shared with care.
Your content and proposed licence
You retain your rights in content you create. Proposal for legal review: you would grant Muntside a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, process, display and make available the content as needed to operate and moderate the feature where you submit it, subject to its chosen visibility. The scope, duration, withdrawal and any rights needed for technical copies require legal review before these terms become final.
The intention to retain public contributions after account deletion is conditional on effective anonymization, not a general irrevocable licence. Removing a link to an account alone is insufficient; identifying photographs, text or tracks would need editing or removal. Private content is not automatically covered by that intention. This real-account deletion process is not yet available.
Moderation and account measures
Muntside may review, hide, correct or remove content and, where justified, restrict or close an account for abuse, rights violations, misleading or unsafe content, or threats to the service or others. The criteria, notice and appeal process require further definition. If a decision concerns you, contact muntside@gmail.com to request an explanation or correction. No blanket waiver of mandatory rights is intended.
Sources, estimates and changing conditions
Activity, route, access, event and operating information can be supplied by contributors, imported from external sources, calculated or estimated, or reviewed editorially. A reviewed entry is not a guarantee that every fact is current. Unknown values are not zero, and estimated figures should not be treated as measurements. Source availability, opening dates, restrictions and local conditions can change; check current official information with the relevant operator or authority.
Mountain safety
Maps, forecasts, weather alerts and difficulty classifications do not guarantee the safety, suitability, accessibility or open status of an activity. Assess conditions, skills, equipment, local rules and warnings yourself, and seek qualified advice where needed. Muntside is not an emergency service: in an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency services. Nothing here excludes legal protections or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
External sites and changes
External maps, directions, organizer pages and booking or ticket links have their own terms and may change without notice. Muntside may update or discontinue features and revise these draft terms; the final change-notice process has not been set. No paid subscription or payment term is proposed here.
Legal review and contact
Applicable law and jurisdiction have not been selected by this draft simply because the operator is in Sion. Minimum-age conditions, the content licence, moderation and the legal effect of these terms require review before adoption. For questions, email muntside@gmail.com.
