About the trail
The classic Engadin panorama walk, running along a broad shelf high above the Upper Engadin lakes with a continuous view of the Piz Bernina and Piz Palü massif. Take the funicular from Punt Muragl to Muottas Muragl and follow the signposted route via the Segantini Hut to Alp Languard, then ride the chairlift down to Pontresina. Gentle gradients but sustained altitude around 2,500 metres. Excellent for autumn when the larch forests below turn gold. Season: June to October.
